Log in to your Jukebox Star account. Click the account button at the bottom. Click the gear button in the top right. Click ‘Change Password’. Enter your current password and your new password in (twice). Click ‘Change Password’

On jukeboxstar.com, click ‘Sign In’ Click ‘Forgot Password?’ Enter the email address you used to sign up. Click ‘Reset Password’ You will receive an email from Jukebox Star with a new password. Once you have logged in, we recommend that you change your password to something more memorable.
